Stetthups – Educational Mobile Application

Effective Date: November 28, 2024

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application “Stetthups” (“App”), owned and operated by Prasamana Mediatech Private Limited, a company registered in India, having its principal place of business at:

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including any updates or modifications. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Definitions

  • “User” means any person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the App.

  • “Services” refer to educational content, resources, and features provided through the App.

  • “Content” includes text, images, videos, quizzes, tests, and all other materials available within the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App.

4. Account Registration

Some features require account creation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Keep your account information updated

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful educational purposes and not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce Content without authorization

  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Disrupt or interfere with App functionality

6. License Grant

Prasamana Mediatech Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with:

  • Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable

8. Payment and Fees

Certain features may require payment.

  • All applicable fees and taxes must be paid

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways

  • You are responsible for accurate payment details

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its Content are owned by Prasamana Mediatech Private Limited or its licensors.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, all granted rights immediately cease, and the App must be uninstalled.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Prasamana Mediatech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from App usage.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prasamana Mediatech Private Limited and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

  • Your App usage

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Gujarat, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain third-party links.
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

17. Delivery of Scrubs

Once an order for scrubs is confirmed, delivery will be completed within 7–10 business days.

18. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

19. Subscription Terms

I. Subscription Types

One-time access subscriptions are available for:

  • NEET PG / NEXT

  • USMLE

  • FMGE

Each subscription is tailored to the selected exam syllabus.

II. Access Duration

  • Valid for 12 months from activation

  • No automatic renewal

III. Payment & Activation

  • Activated immediately upon successful payment

  • Payments accepted via UPI, cards, net banking, and other supported methods

IV. Refund Policy

  • No refunds after activation due to instant digital access

  • Users must verify subscription selection before purchase

V. Account Responsibility

  • Subscriptions are non-transferable

  • Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension without refund

VI. Content Updates

  • Content may be updated or modified to reflect latest exam patterns
